Never go to a doctor whose office plants have died.

So it's a good day in Laramie, Wyoming today. No, Rachel there wasn't french toast for breakfast, but it's just a nice day outside. For those curious, my midterm grades are well with an A, a B, and two C's when those came out. I had my advising appointment and get to register for fall next Tuesday. Which is A LOT sooner than last semester. Joining the marching band in the fall and looking forward to it. It should be a lot of fun. Also...I'm going home in 47 days! So looking forward to it! Hoping to get a summer job in one of the local animal clinics. Went rock bouldering as they call it out here when you don't take out the rope and harness. That was a lot of fun. I don't really have much to talk about, I just felt the need for an update. Anyways, I'm out...gotta start my reading homework.

Microwave Ovens...Hazardous or No? ...I think yes...

Did you ever stop and think whether cooking with a microwave is really that good or bad for you or whether or not it has any effect on your body or the food being cooked? Well I just got done reading an article about microwaves and why they're hazardous to your health and I felt like sharing the top ten reasons as to why this is true...so enjoy. I find that #10 might be the issue with some college students...maybe even myself :P...I'm done with the microwave until summer :P BTW I was reading the article for a paper I had to write for a class.

1. Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term -permanent- brain damage by "shorting out" electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].

2. The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.

3. Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwave foods.

4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term, permanent] within the human body.

5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

6. The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

7. Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growth [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America.

8. The prolonged eating of microwaved foods cause cancerous cells to increase in human blood.

9. Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.

10. Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.
